This particular pair started life approximately 10 years ago as a pair of Hal Cox reissue Hartsfield cabinets. Hal Cox is a very well-known JBL dealer and is responsible for creating some of the finest and best built cabinets available, superior to Jbl`s factory issues. Take a look at the overall build quality, and his determination to finish everything 100%, including even the inner structure.
The result is an extremely well built, and sonically marvelous achievement in sound engineering. Hailed as one of the best sounding speakers ever constructed. Size of cabinets is:45.5 inches tall,45 inches wide and 26 inches deep. I estimate the weight to be close to 300 pounds each.
These speakers need to be crated before shipping. Crating Fees are Costly, to insure the safety of these beautiful cabinets.
