The breif description of our activities is: Follow up of preparation and dispatch of the required samples or counter samples. Follow up of preparation and dispatch of Pre-production samples these samples are inspected by our quality controllers before supplier dispatches them. We ensure that the comments made on the samples by the clients are well followed by the supplier in the eventual production. Complete order follow-up: At Fiber2Fiber, quality control of the orders in process is carried out according to internationally recognized inspection procedures (detailed inspection procedure and copies of reports formats available on request) . Our quality controllers inspect samples drawn at different stages at required intervals of production, I. E. At pre-production, production and post-production stages. In case of a detection of a problem, the number of these inspections is multiplied on request of the client in order to ensure the rectification of the detected problem in following days. Our QCs make sure that the non-conform products are sorted out and stocked separately with identification labels in order to avoid eventual mixing up with conform products. Our quality controllers are equipped with adapted tools to perform the quality follow-up. All the observed problems are sent and clearly explained to the Quality Department, with pictures, swatches and any other technical data for better understanding. Ensure the quality control during production; bring our technical help with relevant recommendations for improvements. Verify the compliance of the production with technical files and reference samples. Communicate to the client all the observed non-conformities during production. Draw, seal and hand over to supplier samples representing the observed non-conformities for sending them to the client in order that they can judge the observed problem and therefore, react in shortest time. | |
